I don't know but it might be a nice opportunity for Warner to officially announce the Harry Potters series... hint, hint!

They have already been announced for the 14th of November in Australia.

I would also like to hear a release date for Superman Returns (with PCM) and THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION! Is this movie ever coming out?

^ Nice! Hopefully the HP series will be released internationally that week. Imports are cool but often expensive. Would much prefer the U.S. versions Warner said were coming.

I hope we hear about some blu-ray titles on the horizon.

That's some ugly cover art for "The Sorcerer's Stone." Hopefully, us R1 folks will get the R1 DVD cover...

I wish CEDIA would get rolling and really crank up with some news - seems like the event is not even happening at all if you judge by the fanfare of the past two days. Today better be a great day for news...

Today is mostly setup and classes, with a few press events. Tomorrow is the official start of the trade show.

Stay tuned!

All I'm hoping for are release dates for Pulp Fiction, Grindhouse, and the Kill Bills.

I'm right there with you. Does anyone know if there will be any title announcements? Or is it just going to be hardware announcements?

+1 on The Shawshank Redemption. Best drama ever made in my opinion.

I'm also surprised by the lack of software annoncements. Figured by now the BDA would have issued something to counter some of the stuff in Tosh's HD DVD announcement of yesterday (125 titles to be released in Q4, etc). Seems like their was more PR from the BDA at IFA than CEDIA (so far, anyway).
