I just bought the Dave Matthews at Radio City Blu-Ray and I can't seem to play the TrueHD track, I can select it but it outputs only as plain Jane Dolby Digital 640. Can the PS3 decode 96khz truehd? Is there something wrong with my receiver?
I have a Denon 2807 and I've had no previous problems playing TrueHD tracks through HDMI on PS3 (NIN - Beside you in Time and Letters from Iwo Jima).
Please let me know if anyone else is having this problem.

is your audio setting set to LPCM or Bitstream? make sure it's set to LPCM.

Ok, I SWEAR TO GOD I had it set right (PCM through HDMI) but somehow the settings were reset (does a power outage do that???) Either way, I feel like a jackass and this disc sounds ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Even the 2 channel pcm track rocks.
So sorry to bother anyone, like I said, I've watched other TrueHD movies and they worked fine, something screwed up somewhere and it was set to bitstream for whatever reason......fixed now.....so so sorry to be a bother.
P.S. - Thanks for the reply, VeeAr
I had the same problem when I unplugged my PS3 and replugged it in my surge protector. I figured 5 seconds without power wouldn't delete my settings.

Yeah, I was vacuuming today and plugged the thing into the same surge protector as the PS3 (which was off/standby at the time) and pulled too far and out it came, unplugging the PS3 and of course it was the same day I go out to buy this great sounding disc!
Maybe a firmware is in order... resetting the settings is a pain.

After updating my firmware to 1.92 today, some of my settings were reset.

Can we change the title of the thread to " No problem playing Dave Matthews at Radio City on my PS3". ? ? ?
Good to know it sounds great.
hmmmm Good to see Dolby TruHD being supported on the PS3... How much is this Blu-Ray selling for?
