Just received a replacement DTV HD20 600 receiver and I am receiving channels 730 and 731 in hd crop mode rather than letterbox which is what I want. crop looks terrible. I was getting letterbox with my old HD20 600 before it crapped out, now on the HD Extra Innings packages I can only receive it on crop mode.

What to do?

I can get 622 HD in letterbox but on 95, 94, 730, 731 it all comes in crop.

Change the display mode in either your set or your H20. Doesn't doesn't stretch channels.

thanks but didn't work. Comes cropped on 730 hd since receiving new receiver and what ever they downloaded.

have you tried reseting the box? Or calling and asking them to resend your signal?

Are you watching a 16:9 or 4:3 set? What cables are you using?
Make sure you tell the H20 receiver what shape your set is... also, turning ON Native mode will eliminate some of the choices reserved for the other shape TV.
