Directv HD crop Problems

Just received a replacement DTV HD20 600 receiver and I am receiving channels 730 and 731 in hd crop mode rather than letterbox which is what I want. Stretch looks terrible. I was getting letterbox with my old HD20 600 before it crapped out, now on the HD Extra Innings packages I can only receive it on crop mode.

What to do?

I can get 622 HD in letterbox but on 95, 94, 730, 731 it all comes in crop.
