i just got my tv, was trying to set up my ps3 w/HDMI, and for some reason it doesn't work. do i have to enable anything on my ps3 or tv at all? it works fine with component cables...

have you tried other sources on the hdmi inputs?
do you have the hdmi/component connected at the same time? some sources will only output over one or the other not both at the same time, not sure about the PS3 just something to check.

You have to change some settings on the ps3 usually. They're somewhere on the left of that menu system/xmb.

no i haven't tried anything else; the ps3 is the only hdmi input i have.
