I am new to the whole plasma movement. I saw this tv and it looked great in the store and was a steel, or so it seemed, at 2499.00. I brought it home and set it up and the picture doesn't seem nearly as crisp as the one I saw in the store. As I previously stated this is new for me but is it necessary for me to hire a prof to come set this thing up or is it just a matter of tweaking the settings?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

And I sorry if this is not the proper place to post this, I did a search and found nothing though.
