When can we start expecting real inserts for these movies in addition to the firmware update and coming attractions fliers?

Are there any discs/studios that are including relevant inserts?

Sadly the trend is to drop these on more and more standard dvds, but I do miss them and always feel a bit cheated when one is not present. I would love to see more HD DVDs with booklets/inserts, but I do not expect it to happen except with some of the true special editions.
