I am watching the Decoding Nostradamus show currently playing on the Discovery Channel and noticed an HD DVD ad with Michael Imperioli. I guess they are starting to advertise more on TV. I have seen other HD DVD ads on TV from a few months ago, but these were for specific movies, and they were not made to exclusively promote the format.

Lol nice. I actually saw an add today where Sears was advertising TV's and offered free delivery with any HD DVD player purchase.

Another commercial break, another ad. This one had Heroes shown towards the end of it.

The Michael Imperioli ad is actually an older ad. I see it quite regularly on various cable channels.

i had never seen a just bluray ad except today and i bet you can't guess where i saw it... take a guess... you give up??


on Universal HD, probably around 1pm today i remember it showcased a couple of movies the one that comes to mind is ultraviolet and some others. i did see a hdddvd ad during the game tonight though... guys at work was like woah! whats this hddvd stuff? and i had to tell them everything... no on around here has ever heard of hdddvd or bluray... morristown, tn. they are about 5 years behind everyone else here

I've been seeing HD-DVD ads on Direc's HD package channels for many, many months. I've seen the ads turn up on other channels, local channels this summer.
