View Full Version : Question about my XBR1 and CC warranty

I bought my XBR1 about 2 years ago from CC with a 4 year warranty. I don't know the specifics about my warranty, but if anyone is familiar with their warranties, if the TV was broken such as I don't know ... I dropped it while moving it across the livingroom, will they replace it or give credit towards another or would they just say tough luck, be careful next time?
First I got my optical block replaced which btw, the picture doesn't look as good as before. And now most of the time I turn on the TV and it goes black after a couple seconds and the red light blinks. I have to hit the back of it to get the fan going so that it'll turn on. I've had it with this TV and I want another one. So what do you guys say?
I'm not trying to take advantage, but I'm completely unsatisfied with this TV.

sounds like you need more warranty work.
