I want to download some of these but I'm not sure which ones to get. I remember JetMoto, but I don't know if I should get it. Any of you know if any of these are classics (must-haves) or what?

Castlevania Symphony of the night is one of the all-time great games...from any generation. That's a nobrainer purchase if there ever was one

If you don't already have it on PSX or 360, get Symphony of the Night. I also enjoyed Crash Bandicoot, but it's not everyone's cup of tea.

3 words for you... Metal...Gear...Solid.... My favorite all time gaming experience. Probably just nostalgic but haven't had anything that I felt was better - GOW was a great experience but still don't feel it eclipsed it...

Can you link to me a document or explain how to get those PS1 games on my new slim PSP that I am purchasing next week? Do I need hacked firmware or something or can I do it with official firmware?

I second that. Are you guys talking about all these with Homebrew apps? Cuz I was talking about PSN downloads.

ahh, read the title but not the body of your message. I was talking original CD's.

Resident Evil if the US store has it was a fun, old game. Other then that search out ebay and buy up some of these on disks!

One was a very good but overlooked game for the old PS1 and one of the few that stands out in my mind. It was your standard 3rd person action game but the levels that your character blasted through were very well rendered (by PS1 standards of course). In particular, the first level had a real Bladerunner-esque feel to it.

Wow, you're one of the only other people that I know of that played ONE. Yeah, it was an amazing game for the time. It was a better Contra type game than most of the recent Contras. Shattered Soldier was pretty awesome though.

I recommend Einhander if you're into side-scrolling-shooters. One of my favorite PS1 games.

This is a "feature" of the PS3 and the PSN Store. They have a limited (10?) selection of classic PS games that can be downloaded and played on your ps3 or copied to your PSP via usb connection.

Sony is cracking down on CFW lately, doing forced upgrades to OFW to play the newer games.
I really hope Sony releases some new content for this feature. I know the Japan PSN has the "Biohazzard" (or Resident Evil) series available, but it hasn't been ported for the North American market yet.

I currently have Crash and MediEvil.
