I was wondering if today's coverage of the 9/11 Remembrance was the first time that HDN covered a live event? I know most of the time the shows are replayed on a loop.

I also noticed that they no longer promote their network as the only 24 hour HD news network...

I don't have Voom so this is 2nd hand... I've heard that they've done live remotes before, but it is only on occasion since they are dedicated to having EVERYTHING native 1080i they need higher end equipment than what is normally used for live news coverage

They had a package and live remote toss to New Orleans but it was still inside the 12 minutes
