Anyone have how to navigate the remote while in service menu and what each item means?

About to get rid of the Pio 533HD and I want to finally play around with it :)

I have seen threads where other TV's have an in depth service menu walk through.

And where to go.

The TV has a serious hot spot in the center where all whites bleed to surrounding areas and it is hard to distinguish some scenes on standard tv.

any help?
