I purchased a new Panasonic 50PTHD90UK plasma last week (comes w/ no HDMI source) and added a Panasonic HDMI terminal expansion board to one of the inputs...

I am looking to purchase a AVR and speakers for this TV but before I do I have a couple of questions. Since the one HDMI source is being used by my Time Warner HD DVR, will I have to connect my audio system up via component cable/digital cables? Do I have other options available?

You can also buy a HDMI switcher. There are manual switchers and auto switchers.
