Hopefully someone can enlighten me on my issue.

I have a panasonic Rear Projection TV which i bought in 2004 PT53TW53 it does 480p/480i/1080i

now recently what happend was i got you could say a convergence issue i would get the blue and yellow image streams ghosting each other, so it was like a double image. It ran for a few days like that, and eventaully the tv powred down, If i try to tur it on the fornt power light blinks a few times and the screen stays off.

How can i diagnose what the problem maybe. And is there a store onlne which i may be able to get parts from?

To continue this story i had extended warrenty, so a service comapny took away the guts of my tv, i got a call from the warrenty company saying the power supply board was not available and they cannot fix my tv, so they will replace it with a lcd rear projection. I opted not to go for a rear LCD as i figured id have lamp issues and such since their life is not much longer than 8000 hours. So i got cash back from the company, and i get to keep my old tv.

So i know for sure i need a power board, my initial idea is to replace the board, and see if it works. If not ill need more help.

So any places i can get parts online?
