I bought a Gefen HDMI extender from Lenexpo electronics (the same one on
this forum's sponsor list) via their Ebay store about 2 weeks ago.

Item was paid for, shipped and received.

However, they filed a non-payment dispute yesterday with Ebay.

When I called them up, they blamed it on Ebay and said that the matter
will "correct itself". the real reason was that Lenexpo failed to
inform Ebay about the payment.

I pressed the matter and got them to manually fix up the billing.

Mistakes can happen but, most vendors will send out at least one
billing followup but Lenexpo filed a dispute without even giving me
the courtesy of an email.

If they had paid as much attention to keeping track on who paid them
perhaps this might not have occured.

This was not something I expected from an AVS forum sponsor.

I will not be shopping with them again.
