When I bought my 65" mitsu wd65833 on Friday night they store sold me a monster hdmi cable ($60) and thankfully I haven't opened it up yet, as after I read about the hdmi cables from monoprice (and seeing how inexpensive they are, I felt like a complete tool :eek:... but at least I can redeem myself) I will be returning the monster cable.
Anyway, I need a few hdmi cables and wanted to get some nice ones. Although I know now the monoprice ones are good and will work for 1080p. My mitsu uses hdmi 1.3. So I wanted to pick up some cables that support that.
Could anyone assist me on which model# to get from monoprice I would appreciate it :D
Looking for hdmi 1.3 that can handle 1080p in - 3ft, 6ft, 9-10ft cables maybe a 1.5ft cable as well (just to have incase)
On the flipside my dvd player uses component video & audio... any suggestions as to the cables I should use for that? Currently using some cheepo hand me down cables someone gave me. Any recommendations as to what to replace them with?
