I would like to ask you VP50 owners if you were able to override your tv's internal scaling/processing and if so could you tell me what type of tv you have.
Im buying a KDS60R2000 tomorrow and would like to know if I could with this.

Will your display accept it's native resolution? If so, you're all set.

As suggested, you may find a NATIVE mode which bypasses the display's internal processing (I use it on my projector with the VP50 and soon with the VP50Pro :) ). SJ

Thanks for your reply's much appreciated, my new tv does accept 1080p via hdmi cable.
I'll find out monday if my tv has a native mode (cant wait)
