View Full Version : D* NFL ST HD Week 2 Games Not Coming In???

I am not getting any of the sunday ticket hd games - it says "channel not purchased" and I do have superfan so i do get these channels. They told me after being on the phone for an hour that this was a national problem. I don't see any posts on here about it so want to confirm if anyone else is having this problem. I am pretty upset and have some friends over to watch the games = if this does not come back soon I may need some money back or discount on my next bill.

I'm writing a letter to Roger Goddell demanding he tear up that contract. Not that its going to happen, but it'll be cathartic for me.
Log on to directv.com and refresh your card. I did notice some channels had "call ext 721" right up until noon.
If you're in a market where there's a blackout and you don't have all your receivers connected to the same phone line, this can happen, though I don't see as many issues as in years past.

They're saying it's a national thing too.....doesn't matter where you are....I just get the games "ala carte", so she added a Basic Package that didn't fix it.
I have 5 guys form my FF league on a 110" screen in my Theater I just finished, watching fuzze 4:3....so I'm more than PISSED.
I'll update it if games come back, she said "Engineering is on it" and the games may just "come back".
bigred2333 09-16-07, 01:55 PM I have the same problem in Fairfax, VA. Another friend in Sterling, VA has the same problem. I called during the pre-game shows to report the problem and Technical Support told me to wait till 1:00pm. Of course the channels still had an error. Directv's support line was flooded earlier when I tried to call. Anybody else having the problem? I assume it's national (or at least regional).

Do you have the official SuperFan package? Or do you have the "special" HD package that they're giving to new subscribers right now?

Ok. I just got the HD NFL Ticket channels back except for the RZC (718). Only 1 more to go Directv!
I did a "Refresh Your Services" a 2nd time. Not sure if that was the trick or if Directv fixed it on their end.

That may be true but i can complain to a CSR for an hour!
I know its a technical issue but I guess i have come to expect that i should get what i paid for - it seems like that kind of thinking is lost these days.

Turns out I had the same issue. Someone at D* cancelled my ST, although nobody could explain to me how that happens.

My Superfan HD channels weren't working. Called DirectTV and they said it was removed from my account. He couldn't explain why, but got it working.
