What are most people using for their power management? A high-end power supply (with filters and the like) or just a good surge protector?

It's a nice solution to having surge protection - plus it's great for wire management if that's a concern for you. With my setup being so open I need something to hide all the power plugs for the various components and it's worked out beautifully.
