do the 6070 and 5070 have Pixel Shifting to stop burn in?

anyone?

I think Pioneer uses something they call "orbital". Samsung calls their's pixel shift.

Do they have this on the 6070 and 5070 models? to STOP burn in?

I was going to buy a 6070 and move the 5070 upstairs to the bedroom
and that TV stays on ALL nite say from 7:30 pm. to 8:00 a.m. so
it would be good if I did not have to think about burn in :-)

What do you guys think?

They are suppose to have the orbiter is the build date is from Feb 07 on, but mine has a build day of Feb 07 and I don't see the orbiter option under any menu.

No, the 7th gen does not have pixel shifting, this is a feature in the 8th gen models.

The 6070 is last years model, you should really look at the 6010 instead, which can be had for a very good price from places like Roman at Invision. I would not buy the 6070, unless you can get it for a HUGE discount and you sit far away.

The 7th gen Pioneers may not have pixel shifting, but my 5070 has no image retention issues at all. The 6070 is dirt cheap (relatively speaking) at Sam's right now.

Yes that is why I was looking at the 6070 to get it out the Door for 3k. is a Great deal I mean ya if I could get a 6010 for $3400 or $3500 I would do it

Its all about the $$$. So in my opinion I would go for the 6010FD if you can but thats me.
