I've been reading the "horrible" Gefen HTS thread.. Sounds like most are negative. However looking on Gefen's forum (the source of all horror stories posted here), I found a positive review of the next lower cousin, the HDmate.

I would think the HTS, HTSP would be of the same genre.

BTW, why the HTSP over the HTS? You have svideo or composite video needs?

Yes - I have one S-Video and one component video source as well as two HDMI sources. I also assume that each subsequent release is likely to have improvements (maybe a few new bugs as well :( ).

Let me know if anyone has tried this?
