Being a bit new to the VP club I'm probably stating what many of you already know. Over the last year I have had my Oppo set on 480i 16:9 Wide/Squeeze out into my DVDO VP30. This morning I was resetting the settings on the VP since I got my replacement optical block for my SXRD. While using the THX optimizer I noticed that the horizontal lines on the sharpness screen get clumpy and uneven. On a whim I toggled the wide/squeeze option to pure wide and decided to resize the AR to 4:3 with the VP. The spacing between the lines were nice and even after doing this.

I suppose this might not be big news for many here, but I decided to post my findings for those who were unaware of this difference in settings.
