Is anyone using 1080P/24 from the VP50 to an JVC RS1 without issues. I still have original firmware and don't currently use HDMI for audio, but have no issues other than attempting 24P output. The image "tears" occasionally when using 24P but 60P is rock solid.

I guess the answer is NO. Using 1080P/24 with the VP50 is still a problem, but I am sure DVDO will provide a fix....................:rolleyes:

You need to update to the latest firmware 1.04
It works pretty well, with an occasional dropped frame. Need to use 60i or 60p input.
24p->24p not working. You can use 23.98 unlocked output mode for 24p inputs.
They are supposed to fix the issues sometime after the VP50Pro is released.

Your input and help is very much appreciated. Sharing help and users tips from VP50 owners is spotty at best.
