I will be getting my pioneer 1080p plasma soon and looking for a DVD player that can display my existing DVD's to the max resolution. I will buy a HD/Blue ray combo player after a couple of years when the prices go down.
I am planning to spend around $200. Should I get the toshiba HD-A1 or a upconverting non-HD player. Please give me a few options.
marantz DV-4001 , Oppo 981-HD or 980-H etc are in my list.
