I am trying to find some information on controlling my Algolith Flea HDMI via remote.

1. Did anyone ever figure out a solution for discrete input selection?
2. I am using a Home Theater Master MRF-300 base station with my MX-800. Has anyone had luck with using a Home Theater Master base station connected directly to the input jack on the Algolith (I think they are both 3.5 mm)?

Thanks in advance for the help

I have the HDMI Flea remote module. I think it just toggles between the inputs. But I know I have no problem switching inputs on the Flea using my Harmony remote. I hit the activity button and it turns on or off the flea and is on the proper input for the TiVo I choose.

The Flea uses the same code set as the Mosquito HDMI. You can download these from the Algolith website.

That is great to know. That answers half of my question, now does anyone know if the Flea can be controled by the MRF-300 directly (i.e. 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable) or do I need the Algolith IR reciever and an IR flasher? I guess I could just buy the cable and give it a try.
