I did not get the email, however, when you click on the SMS-1 at the Outlaw website, you can see the combo deal near the middle of the page.
I have enough subs at the moment, however, this is one of the best deals around.

How does this compare to HSU or SVS?

The Outlaws were designed by Hsu and have similar specs for the money. Outlaw went with bottom ports while Hse has rear ports. This might help with placement issues. They both hit hard and deep for similar dough, with the EX/SMS combo being a wonderful deal.

I was set on picking up that LFM-1 Compact until I found out the shipping was over 57 bucks to Indiana. It turned that sweet deal sour in a hurry.

Any sales tax? If not consider that a wash. $ 57 is pretty inexpensive for a sub. IME. But I guess it's a small one. The sale pretty much pays for shipping. :)

They have lfm compact B stock for 350 including shipping. I just picked up an lfm-1 plus B stock and it was flawless.

Sales tax is a non-issue, since the only subs I would consider are online-only purchases. I avoid B&M purchases as much as possible anyway.

B-stock is tempting, but risky IMO. I read elsewhere where someone got one with the plexiglass top not flush. That would be unacceptable to me, and I can't afford chancing a return shipping fee on a gamble like that.

No biggie. I was just looking for a worthy upgrade to my quite capable Mirage S-8 in my small apartment. It was the right size, fit and finish looked superb, and performance looked to be the best I could attain without also incurring an eviction notice.

No kidding, larger subs like those from eD and SVS can run into the hundreds of dollars to ship. $57 is VERY reasonable...

The LFM-Plus absolutely rocks and shakes my whole place, which is a loft style condo with about 8000^3 ft including all the openings to the kitchen and bedroom. I also have to agree with the poster who mentioned how good these look. The fit and finish on the outlaw subs are very nice and it is what drew me to this over ED or HSU.

Hey, what part of Indiana? I am real close to Evansville myself but over on the Kentucky side. Just curious as it is always good to find other members here that live close by.
