Hi, I am not sure if my question goes here, but I will give it a shot.
I have an HD-DVD that I want to transfer to my harddrive and convert it to hdwmv, but not sure of the bitrates. I want to keep it under 9 gigs in hd-wmv form
If I extract it at 4000 bitrate to a x264 file, then re-encode it to hdwmv at 10000 bitrate, would it make difference or would the difference be at the first encoding done?
Thanks!
