yea i just ran i through...290 shipped to miami fl...good deal but again they whole hdmi thing worries me...but if i have the ability to use the component to begin with should i go for it a 360 for less than 300 bucks

I tried a no receipt return at Target for an unopened HD-DVD add-on drive and they wouldn't take it because they said that the value was too high. Things might be different during Christmas return season, but I wouldn't bank on Target taking a 360 back without a receipt.

360 console was there yesterday I saw it as I bought Halo 3 and a Vision Gold pack. Halo 3 is sold out now too, I couldn't find it.

I just ordered one 20 minutes ago. The website now specifically lists the Xbox 360 w/HDMI port, so this is a great deal for those.

Too late... placed the order last night, just ship out about an hour ago. Oh well, still saving about $100 by buying in the US instead of here in Canada.

i was the first one to respond the the fatwallet thread, and ordered xbox and halo soon after; sitll "in progress" for me; i'm not optimistic, but if they cancel i'll at least file a BBB greivance

For anyone unfamiliar with Meijer it is kind of like Walmart Supercenter throughout the great lakes region. They are primarily B&M. I have never ordered anything from them online but I wouldn't expect Amazon style efficiency. $280 for an xbox premium is a great deal and it hope it comes through for all of you.

Also just a quick suggestion for new 360 owners. The quick charge kit is a joke. Invest in rechargeable AA's instead.

I got an email with an updated status and in the status was a tracking number. I entered it in FedEx.com and it showed up.

Placed my order on 9/24 and as of today still have not received it or even know if it was shipped. If it wasn't for how much I saved in buying it from them, I would have canceled the order last week. The wait continues...

I finally got the back ordered notification, oh well I'll hang on as is for a while.

I ordered Halo3 and a vision 12month live box on the 25th and received them last night a day early. May not help with your 360 order but stuff is being shipped.

For the heck of it, I checked my order status at 4:45pm Pacific and saw my status change from In Progress to Shipped after a week and a half wait. Haven't received a shipping email yet from them, but I'm just glad to see something other than In Progress for once.

Just got mine today and it has no video output. Not on HDMI or composite or component. Sound is fine but no video. Talk about bummed out. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to call MS and see if they can help at all. Looks like my wait continues too.

Ok, nevermind. Got it working. No more waiting for me. Halo 3 is actually a pretty fun game.

They must have "fixed" this. Tried placing an order as the 360 is now available, put in the promo code-- nothing. Even put my CC info in to get to the order review screen and it still showed $350 plus tax plus shipping...

Same here! And got it a day earlier than what FedEx had it scheduled to be delivered on. I guess it kind of makes up for the week and half I had to wait to even get it shipped.:rolleyes:
