My Panny dvd recorder will turn on but won't do anything else, When I push the drive select button it does not switch between DVD or HDD. It stays on HDD and the remote nor the front panel buttons are operational. I have not used this unit much so I'm not real familiar with it. Also unit will not go into standby unless I hold the power button in for a while. Any ideas? I have unpluged the unit to no avail. :mad:
