I'm going to call my HT installer tomorrow to see if he can run this in wall without tearing up a wall. The TV is roughly about 26 feet away from the new hdmi receiver I bought yesterday and I want to utilize 1080p and dolby TrueHD/LCPM from the blurays Thanks

Are you running this up the ceiling or on the sidewall? You can try to measure yourself by including the corners the cable has to run thru or how many sidewalls it has to go thru.
