Well, the title says it all. I have ordered samples of Dazian fabrics over two weeks ago and have not received it. I tried following up with them, but no response. How long did it take you to receive your samples?

Just order them a second time? I think I got them in a week or so. What colors/type did you get? I can you send my samples if you want them, in exposure I got black, charcoal, silver and royal blue [which is out of stock]. For Janus they sent my a folder with postage stamped samples of the entire line (which are almost too small).

PM your address if you want them. I bought the blue and black from the Janus line.

Less than a week for my samples to arrive. Give them a call.

It was about a week here. Where are you located?

It's been two weeks for me and still no sample. They don't appear to respond to emails either. Can't they just fold up a little piece of material and ship it in an envelope?

I ordered GOM samples 2 days ago. If it arrives before the Dazian (good chance) I'll go with it even though the price is much more. Good customer service counts for something.

Received my samples from FabricMate in 3 working days. It appears you can just fold up fabric and send it in an envelope.

I have found that you really need to call them in order to get any samples. I tried ordering twice on line and got nothing. Called them and had them pretty quickly.

Ok - this seams to be the proper approach to take. I should add that the people I spoke to at Dazian were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I called and asked for a couple samples from them and got them in 3 days from NY, just got one sample of the two though. I was told they may not have both samples at the NY office. I asked for the Expo 72 and the Celtic, got the Expo. Don't like it it has a bit of a sheen to it. I am going to go to a local fabric store and see what I can find.
