I'm not quite sure which features are in play here (IME, sound, bonus materials...), but I would say the top feature of HD media to me would be the picture quality.

Movie quality (I'm not interested in watching bad films because they look pretty)

Audio quality (irrelevent if it's lossless or not as long as it sounds great. Everything seems to be suggesting to me at the moment that even the majority of enthusiasts with great equipment won't be able to tell the difference between a 1.5Mbps DD+ track and a TrueHD track).

Let's see. Picture quality needs to be as good or better than HDTV.

Audio needs to be 5.1, but not lossless, because my receiver DACs and speakers will make it sound great.

But my biggest pet peeve is no old movie previews! I hate when you put in a disc and it says "Coming soon.." and then shows a preview of a movie that bombed a year ago. Thankfully with Interent connectivity we have found a way around that.

Also, I do love being about to access the main menu while the movie keeps playing.

Oh and a note about PQ. I have had numerous people tell me that Sunday night football looks BETTER than HDM.:eek:
