Had to play follow the links there, but Christmas 2007 is the last major battle of this "war". Either a side will emerge as a clear winner, or both will just increase sales and studios will start taking a hard look at going neutral. They will be hard pressed to miss out on one half of a 50/50 market that looks like there's no sign of either side relenting.

I think things will move slower than that. I think it more likely that Chritmas 2008 will be the last major battle, if not later. With the HDM market sitting at something like 2% or so of the DVD market there's a long ways to go before declaring either a victor or a stalemate, IMO.
