After a decade my ASW 800 has died. The rubber is shot. Having now removed the speaker, wow, cast iron (I think) and it weighs a ton (or so). :-) Everything else is in great shape, so I'm keeping it.

I've not heard back from B&W regarding a repair and the online stuff for sub-repair seems simple enough. Anyone else repaired this speaker? Worst case is I send back a really dead speaker to B&W.
