hey guys, i have an issue, last week i picked up a sony SA-WM500 at the local goodwill for only 15$ . and of course it didnt even power on. so i took out the speaker and took the amp off and it seems that the glass fuse (4A/125V) was blown, so i replaced it and tried to power it on and it blew the fuse immediately, but i didnt have the speaker hooked up dont know if that matters. but i tried again only to have the same results!! :mad::confused:
Any help/suggestions would be excellent! thanx in advance.

P.S. i checked the amp out to see if there was any shorted or scraped wires didnt see any?!

Just take it to a place that works on electronics.. There's probably a short somewhere that requires someone with solder skills and know how.. But maybe someone here can give you better advice and you can fix it because if not it may not be worth sending in.. Cost may out weigh the benefits..
