Before I start, I will admit that I dont have a clue on how and where the design/setup will be. But I have the interest and plan to set the projector and home theater up. Below is the diagram/dimension of my house.

Based on the diagram, my question is, is it possible to set it up in bedroom 2/3? I am planning to make bedroom 2/3 as my AV room.

Bedroom 2 is a better choice from a size perspective. Unfortunately, it's also right next to the Master BR so any late night watching/listening when the significant other is sleeping will require some serious attention to isolation.
