I bit the bullet today and decided to go for the pb13ultra13 in rosenut, wanting to hear some of LOWER lfe I am missing,
Which is the optimal room eq of choice(ruling out the sms1),
and also can anyone Suggest an Xover frequency to my mains, using 80 for the center, surrounds I am still tempted to run my mains at 40, sub xover at 40 as well, Bass enhance enabled

System consists of the following
Snell Xa90ps
Snell Xa55CR
2x Snell Sr30mp(biwired 7.1)
Lexicon Mc1 v4.00
Ada ptm-6150
Sunfire 300x2

Sunfire 300x2Yah know, I've got full range mains and surrounds too and was tempted to cut it down at 40hz, but decided to run them large x'd at 60, LFE + L&R. With no external eq, just the room comp and PEQ, I'm very flat from 35-160hz. I have a slight room gain hump at 30hz that I just can't quite eliminate, but with no outboard eq...Experiment for the best blend. I couldn't be happier...but every room is different.

Gotcha, I used to work for a dealer, am no stranger to configuring systems, always ran my mains full range, I am going to use fuzzmeasure, my macbook, MBOX to plot the room / go from there, LATER on possiblly a dsp30
