View Full Version : Knocked Up - web enabled? WayneL 09-26-07, 11:27 AM My A2 is connected - I just downloaded an update - but when I go to the w.e. features, continue to Registration, I get Network Error - please connect your player to internet, and re-start disk? Any ideas? WayneL 09-26-07, 12:19 PM OK. I had stopped the "loading bar" when the disk first went in. So I cleared the persistant storage, let the disk load as long as it wanted to (2 minutes). This time selecting w.e.f. got me to a registration screen that wants lots of info plus a very slow on screen keyboard. That took 10-15 minutes, hit submit, and it told me it couldn't find server. Go back to main menu, back to w.e.f., there's my password, but no user name. Can't enter username, only option is to create new account. Reboot, same thing. Create new account, but it tells me my user name is already in use. Anyone had any luck with this? IRockSoAwesome 09-26-07, 12:37 PM I had no problems setting it up on my 360 add-on, though they need a better system for putting in your name and password - it takes forever! Dave_6 09-26-07, 01:18 PM Mine spent a couple minutes on the load screen but then gave me an error screen. I clicked no to go on and watch the movie. I didnt know if it was an Xbox Live issue last night or something on the other end. Movie played fine though. yesan 09-26-07, 03:33 PM I am unable to get the web-enabled content to work off of Universal's Heroes Disc 2 or Knocked Up. I am, however, able to get it to work on Blood Diamond. I'm on an XA2 with FW2.5. Anyone else having these types of issues with the Uni discs? terry2 09-26-07, 05:17 PM OK. Had same problem so I got on the pc and went to Universal's site http://www.universalhidef.com/Default.aspx# and created an account. Then on the web enabled features option of the dvd go to create a new account and enter your user name/password/zipcode (that you created on the web site) and click next. That will retrieve the registration info from Universal's site. Worked for me. I hadn't read this and went back today and registered through the player again and it worked this time. Their server may have been down when I tried yesterday |
