My dedicated theater room which is a completely finished room in my basement. I don't have a drop ceiling though. So that means I will be doing some cutting into the drywall to run cables and what not. The size of the room is 15' x 17'. I own a large condo/townhouse. I have neighbors on my "screen" wall and neighbors on my "left" wall. I mentioned that because I was going to go with an all in wall speaker set up at first.

I currently have all 3 of my theater seats pushed back to about a foot from the wall upright and come close to touching the wall when reclined. I plan to put them on risers about 4-6 inches high. I am going to go with a 106" screen. I may add more seats later on but I am the only person that lives here for now.

I am just looking for some suggestions, tips on how to best set this room up based on the floorplan I have provided. As for the speakers its a toss up between Paradigm and Klipsch. I am pushing more towards the Paradigms. I am slightly confused whether to go with in walls, on walls, or book shelf type speakers in the rear. If I go with the later, I will have to push one of the seats up several feet away from the wall to allow space for the speaker/stand and to not have the audio blast me right in the ear if I was sitting in that seat.

I forgot to add that there is a soffit on along the exterior wall that runs the entire length of the room. Another option I considered was IN CEILING speakers but with the soffit I don't think its possible...Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a rough draft of the floor plan:

Is your scale wrong or your numbers (17',15') transposed? 15' looks to be about 50% longer than 17'. Also if numbers are correct is the main part of the room a couple of feet less than 17'? If so you don't want a square room.
