My Velodyne of 12 years took a dump this week and is no longer working.:( I'm a little cash strapped till Nov and am just looking for an inexpensive interim replacement to keep my system up to par. Has anyone heard of these? A search did not turn up much for me. If you have,... for about the same price, would you recommend anything else?
Trust me...once I get the $$ together...another Velodyne will be back in my living room, *sighs* Loved that sub!

Hehe...I've been searching online as much as I can. And the answer is NO. Still no idea.

I have heard good things about the dayton subs you put together yourself.

Parts Express has the one of those same subs but actually $10 cheaper. But as said before the Dayton sub are cheap and sound nice but you can get them already assembled for under $150.

Have you thought about repairing your Velodyne?

Have thought about it NorCalJason....dont know where to begin. Do you think its worth repairing a sub that is 12 years old, even if it is a Velodyne? Let me look through the Velodyne help thread and see if I can get any ideas in there. Suggestions on where to get it repaired?
