Do mounts for in-ceiling speakers exist that are like recessed lighting "eyeball" sockets? eg:

You find a number of other vendors if you do a google search on "speakers swivel"

Other vendors make speakers with a slanted baffle intended to be mounted in the ceiling and aimed at the seating location.

search "speaker angled baffle" Triad makes one version I did a DIY.
