I just bought a beautiful new 42 inch lcd for my bedroom. I put it on top of my dresser, and now need to figure out a way to hold all my components...Since I don't have/use a dedicated TV stand where these items can be placed, I'm looking for an inexpensive way to have my cable box, xbox 360, and dvd player next to the tv. All three components are basically the same width, and I don't want to simply put one on top of the other for various reasons, one being that I don't want to put weight on top of anything, and two the cable box gets a little hot and I don't want anything affecting my 360 since these consoles have their own overheating issues. Anyway, anyone know of a cheap rack or tower or anything available? I've looked online and everything is expensive...I'm considering just buying $20 wire stackable shelves and using that, or building my own. Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.
