I have a R10 series Tivo through Direct TV and it has been restarting itself at random times over the past month. I was hoping the problem would work itself out, but it hasn't.
I called Direct TV and they said they would send a replacement, which would be the Direct TV DVR Plus R15 model. I have read numerous negative reviews on this product so am a bit confused on what to do.
Have any other users made the switch to the R15 with positive things to say about it, or know of a current fix to my tivo dvr problem?
(this is a bit strange, but a friend of mine also has a Direct TV tivo and this same month is having the exact same problems I am having...)
