This is the first (that I know of) switcher that has customizable audio sync delay for all 5 inputs, plus is RS232 controllable for up to 20 customizable settings. It was introduced at CEDIA and all I have is a link to the press release:

I think they're after the custom installer market, not the budget do-it-yourselfer. Besides, when you're the only one on the market with those features, why not.
