I ended up having an almost full bag of 16" O.C., 2x4 Wood frame Roxul "Safe N' Sound" left-over from my build. I don't have room to store it, and I would hate to see it end up in a landfill, so its free to whoever wants it.

I'd love to pick it up...where are you? I live in Keswick but work in Markham and I'm actually working today till noon.
