Weird problem. Downloaded the demo and installed it. The demo plays it's intro and when it finishes loading (like all demos) the option to hit 'start' shows up on screen and the damn thing won't start! I've tested the controller and all is okay. I even erased the demo and tried downloading it a second time and still won't start. Anybody else have this problem or have any ideas?

I just downloaded and installed the game. It seems to be working just fine for me. Not sure what to tell you man.

and if that doesn't fix it, delete it from your XMB and redownload it from the store

I had a similar issue with the F1 demo a while back. I was able to get to the menu screens but the game itself wouldn't start. Reason: my PS3 language setting was set to French... reverted back to English and that solved the problem.

I've restarted the PS3 a few times and am now on my forth download of Jericho and still no luck. It did finally let me go to the next screen which had three options, introduction to Jericho, start game, and one other. The controller can toggle between the options but it just won't let me select any by hitting the "X" button. Frustrating to say the least.

try resetting you controller. i had an issue like this and i thought the controller was crapping out or something so i quit using it. later i decided to see what was up with it so i was messing with it and found the small reset button the back and used a small point to reset it while the ps3 was on. after i reset the controller it was able to re-synch to the ps3 and worked properly. who knows what the cause was but it works now. it might be worth a try.

also, do you have any parental controls turned on? i noticed the last few demos i downloaded had parental ratings on them maybe to keep the little ones from playing things they shouldn't. might be one thing for you to check out as well.

FINALLY! It took 5 downloads before it worked, but now it's no problem. Cool demo, too.
