When you place a ground block in the line of an OTA with a preamp, where does it go in the line?

Does it go between the mast-mounted preamp and the power supply, or does it go from the output of the power supply to the TV?

Mine is between the mast mount and the power supply. The ground block goes at the point of entry of the antenna cable into the house.
