Hey guys, I searched to see if this question was answered but could not find it..So I wanted to ask it b/c this is getting frustrating for me.

I just bought an HR20 and right now I am only able to have one satellite source plugged into it... I have it plugged into "Satellite in 2"

My problem is; when watching one channel like DiscoveryHD and then switching over to History ChannelHD I get the message "Searching for Satelite signal in Satellite 1.." and the channel won't come up. To over come this, I have to change the channel a couple times and eventually it will decide to look for Satellite 2 and I can view that channel, but then the same problem happens when I go to another channel later on.

I've tried switching the cable to the Satellite 1 input but I get the same problem, only opposite source numbers.

Is there a way I can turn off the Satellite 1 input or something and make it stop trying to look there??? This is getting pretty annoying, and I've only had it for like five hours.

I guess ultimately I can solve this by getting another line to it, but I would like a fix now.

I would appreciate any help!!
