I've got a Blu-ray Disc player, an upscaling DVD player, and nice HDTV. Now it's time to upgrade my audio (I currently am using Logitech computer speakers). There are a few things I know I want from a receiver. HDMI switching and 7.1. As I start to look at specs I get lost with terms like "amplifier frequency response" and "ohms performance". What should I be looking for? I've read threads and different intro articles from the stickied thread, but I am just getting more confused.

What is your budget? The receiver forum is probably a good place to start.
