I just upgraded my BG808 with the newer conv.driver board (R7625189), COG module (R762819) and latest software V6.30 in order to enable left side, seagull and horizontal linearity controls.Everything is recognized in the menu, i even see a increase in sharpness (dots in the crosshatch pattern), but.....
The bottom of rasters are bended on all tubes and i'm unable to adjust them with raster shift or vertical size.
Does someone knows what should i do ? I taught that all settings are kept except convergence, if conv. driver board is swaped...

Yes, put all the old boards back.

In these sets there are compatibility problems between the various boards that supply the waveforms to the convergence board and the convergence boards. While you might be able to get away with fully aligning the convergence boards with your set (you need Barco extender boards to do this), it's never a good idea to swap convergence board models or software, as problems like this are common.
